Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

I found a great clip from the 1950s (?) that discusses DC motors and generators:

It's 1/2 hour long and worth every second!  It's the real thing!

I love the way YouTube can make the past current again and how it prevents tons of great stuff from falling into obscurity.

MH:

Great video!  I love those old style educational films.  Reminds me of those films we watched in science class in the 60's.  (Or health class)  Those animated graphics were very advanced for that time.  They work well and get the point across very simply.  Ah for the old days.

Thanks for putting this up.

Thanks Bill.  I watched most of it and I agree that the graphics are great.  I get the feeling that the video covers design considerations and different ways of wiring DC motors and generators that have not been discussed on the EF threads.  I found it quite fascinating.  The same YouTuber has a 1945 clip that teaches basic electricity with great graphics were the electrons look like little spinning comets in orbit about the nuclei or they do a cartoon-style representation of electrons where they look like mini Casper the Ghosts.  But what's really cool is the first minute shows you daily life in the home and the various electrical appliances being used in 1945.

What the heck:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9IXS9J3duI
