Hi,
this water extactor should have everyone,
so if there is a problem with the normal water supply,
it could be extracted from the air;

Inventor makes water out of air
(01:40) Rough Cut

Oct 28 - A French inventor has come up with a windmill that turns thin air into water and says his creation could offer hope to millions of people around the world who do not have enough water.

Another inventor came up with a similar thing a couple of years ago -

http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:Max_Whisson%27s_Gust_Water_Trap_Apparatus

It was briefly discussed here in this thread - http://www.overunity.com/index.php?topic=2446.msg33385#msg33385

The inventor, Max Whisson, still has a website up, but it doesn't tell you much, and seems to be more about his idea's for some kind of desalination system.  Sort of looks like the windmill technology either got suppressed or didn't work as well in reality as it did in theory.   I wonder if this French guy will have better luck.

The windmill designs are supposed to be able to do it without using any external power.
