i suspect that dementia in general,
is greatly contributed too,
by too much acid building up, inside the skull.

the acid slows digests the brain.
as if the brain were sitting inside a stomach.



the acid comes from cooked food.
(cooked food loses its alkaline oxygen, but keeps its acidic hydrogen and carbon.)

the acid comes from too much sugar.
(sugar molecules are covered in acidic hydrogen atoms.)



the acid builds up in the body and just sits there.
year after year.

because there is not enough alkaline oxygen,
or alkaline plant material,
to neutralize the acid.



if we ate nothing but living fruits and vegetables,
and avoided cooked food and sugary food,
than we wouldn't have most of out health problems.

because we are not supposed to eat the processed, acidic garbage from the supermarket.

we are supposed to eat the living things in our environment.
which nature does not serve to us cooked !
