There is no speed of state transition; it is instantaneous as far as the "scientific community" is concerned. There are no allowed energy levels except those specific quantized levels. Instead, in QED for example, there does exist a fluctuation in the vacuum which is used to explain various phenomena that do not conform to the elementary quantum mechanical interpretation.

There's a kind of schizophrenia between the classical and quantum interpretations described by Frank Z and fans. On the one hand, modern physics is derided for its use of quantum mechanics, and on the other hand, many of these concepts are frequently invoked by the authors to explain the physics. But they do their best, given that neither is correct; that's all anyone can do.

I like what Frank has done, to interpret the Coulomb law as resonant and this resonance as the source of electromagnetic radiation, and it is very interesting he finds the 1.094 Mhz-m figure for similar dimensionality of the podkletnov and cold fusion experiments from this perspective, with his interpretation of matching the phonon(gravity) and photon(EM) speeds.

There is something very important about this finding.

Maybe an atomic hydrogen torch oscillating at 1.094 GHz with a gap of 1 mm or 109.4 MHz with a gap of 1 cm. Can ANYONE else think of possible applications???

Just wondering how the electric field works in an atom. Think of how a torrid coil works. Electrical field containing the magnetic field. Is it possible, that in an atom that the magnet field acts like the electrical field in a torrid coil and produces the electrical field??

Hi Tempest....I think that the electrical field is just a by-product of the magnetic field and the force of gravity.Gravity and magnetism are =, but opposite. They say there is a nucleus ,protons and neutrons +, with orbitting electrons -. Why don't the electrons just collapse into the nucleus?? Gravity, the constant struggle to keep them apart is the potential for electrical production..........it is Saturday lol........shylo
