The only thing I can think of that approaches 50,000 or 60,000 RPM is a hi-speed router or dremel. But to hear revolutions per second... wow - I guess my dremel might therefore hit 1000 RPM, but clearly much more is needed. You've got my attention.

I think there is an error in you calculations, lets' figure it out , i will keep miles per hour, even if my system is in km/hour


Earth's circumference is about 25000 miles , earth makes a complete circle in about an hour
( there are periodic fluctuations , these are averages values ) , so the earth has a speed of
25000/ 24 miles per hours , which is about 1041.66 miles per hours , let's compute how much miles per seconds the earth rotates at , simply is 1041.66 / 3600 which is about 0.3 miles per second
now, let's compute how many radians the earth rotates each second , 0.3 / 3963.19
3963.19 is the earth radius , this fractions gives about 7.56*10^-5 radians per sec.
Now , if we want something to detach from earth, we need to match , better overcome the rotational speed of earth respect the relative point the object is , let's make it simple and suppose the object is placed at the equator.
The angular velocity is 0.3 miles / R , where R is the circumference of the circle the object needs to  describe , to cut it short, the shorter the object is the faster it needs to rotate.
I think Otis carr used these 2 effects in conjunction , so a possibility is to make a small device, and:

1) rotate with an high speed and low electrostatic charge

2) rotate low speed and high electrostatic charge

this device is electromagnetic in nature and it is nothing to do with a particle accelerator my friend. study an electromagnet and a gyroscope,  this is a combination of otis carr., im trying to replicate his patent, i believe it can be done without unprooved theories,  please keep them out of this topic,  dont get me wrong, i would like to push people to experiment on their own,   if you have this particle accelerator running then show it to us, proove it is working then we will know it, not believeing it,   belief is nothing more than fantasy,
