No more questions at the present time.  I'm still waiting on parts and trying to get caught up with all my reading.  It looks like I need to get some more pots.  Thanks for all you have shared Altrez!!  With your help we can make this happen, and then we'll have some prototypes to share with everyone.  Thanks!!!

Any 12v 7 amp hour or above battery should work. So basically you could use two 6v battery's as well.

I like to have 4 pot's to test with to get the best sweep. a 5k a 10k a 100k an a 1Meg ohm should work an be less then $10 bucks and give you a lot of sweep.

Do you have any other questions? I am glad to help :) However I have a huge work week ahead of me so my posts my be a bit delayed.

Hi e2matrix,

Sorry, I didn't see your question until today, Sunday April 24.  The cost of the BK function generator was $65 plus $14.95 S&H.  I just orders a new one instead.  The BK looked very nice and was guaranteed to work.  I saw it on e-bay if you want to look into it.

Hi Altrez,

I did think of another question.  I know this is a very busy week for you too, so no hurry getting back on it.  I know that we are using the JT frequency generator to adjust our piezo transducer instead of the circuit that comes as part of our pond fogger setup.  So, do we have to tear out the circuit that came with the pond fogger or can we just use it along with the JT frequency generator the way it is?  Thanks for all your help.  It's very much appreciated.

Best Regards,
Slovenia

This is Altrez JT frequency generator circuit as I understand it.

If I'm in error, please correct me.  Thanks!!

You need just the piezo not the rest.
