There are many ways to controlling frequency. It depends on what you are using, I used 36 volts stepped up from 12v using  a simple toroid wound step up transformer, the same one they use in JT light. My frequency was controlled simply with a pot, rectifier, caps and a crystal transistor was only needed component.

I know this intelligence you refer to exists, but I do not know how to tap into it.  Occasionally when I am day dreaming, it's like a door opens and I see something that makes real sense and then when I am trying to figure out what I just saw and understand it, my mind goes blank like something didn't want me to have that knowledge.  I am very frustrated.  I want this knowledge very badly but don't know how to access it.  The lucid dreaming is opening some doors but I can't yet apply it fully and I don't think it is the same thing you are talking about.  I wish someone would share how to tap this part of our being.  I can't understand how to do it and I really want it and am also really trying to receive and understand it.  I want it more than the energy aspect and I want that quite a lot.

Automobiles typically use a 12 DC system. I assume this is what you are talking about when you say 12v.  Please explain to me how you can get 36 volts from 12v using only a simple toroid transformer.  I don't have any idea what a JT light is, but I do know you cant use a transformer with DC unless you pulse it.
