is usually an air moisture molecule,
that is carrying an extra electrons.

that means that there are lots of "freed electrons",
in natural settings.



i have a general impression.
what if going too a place that has lots of negative ions,
will make your nervous system perform more efficiently ?
as well as possibly improving your psychological well being?

because being around the negative ions,
could only improve the efficiency,
of the electrical activity,
that your nervous system needs to function.


where being around the positive ionization in large cities,
could only make your nervous system function more poorly.
do to all the "holes" around (positively ionized atoms).



to increase negative ions in your home,
you could install a running fountain.

or store lots of bottled water,
in a room in your home.

or make a copper foil chamber,
and sit inside the chamber while you meditate.



as always.
the worst cost/risk/loss, is very small.
which means there is the equivalent, of no harm.

yet if there is even a small gain,
than that small gain could easily be greater,
than the small cost.

so there is a strong chance that there would be an overall profit.
and a very weak chance,
that the loss would be greater than the profit.

which means that the smart thing to do, is to try it.
and make what use can be made, of it.

it's not really a theory... it's more of a hypothesis.
a distinction is often made in science between theories and hypotheses, which are theories that are not considered to have been satisfactorily tested or proven. yours seems to fit the latter better than the former.
