Yes, I am Valery Ivanov
Currently negotiating with two companies that manufacture photovoltaic systems. In the process of negotiation and I to participate in a project for electric cars. Interest is really high. Especially in light of recent events in the world. I think the most appropriate will be applied first in transport. Changes in the design of electric cars is not necessary.
Unfortunately, delayed production of modules. Not my fault. Hate to say it, but in the last 2-3 years the interest manifested only people with bad intentions who want to abuse. They were not real businessmen and people of good luck. Adventurers who wanted to earn money by dishonest means

Too bad about the delay in the module production. But I disagree with your next statement
It isn't that *they* are not honest business people, it that you are a standard inventor
dreamer type and not a very good business person. You continue to let your dreams
take you down a path that leads to control of your product by folks that already own
designs of competitive product. You need to develop a way to compete against them
and take their profit away, you cannot sell them on your device.

For example let say we have just invented fire. How do we productize fire?
Well why wouldn't we go into our kitchen and build a pack of matches and the go
out to the street corner and sell these for a profit, skip the extra cost for the magic
of new means of producing a fire.? No, when you invent fire you theorize a way to use fire
to propel yourself to the moon, and then plan on productizing fire that way. You will never
accomplish your goal. And in the process you will suppress and make sure that nobody in
society benefits from your discovery.

In short don't put anything in a vehicle, but simply build a device to supply energy
with a fixed specification and manufacture them in your kitchen if you have to
and sell them for a profit.

You see the energy field does not need new and competitive *ideas* it need competitive
*product*. Always keeping things in competitive idea form is a MIB control strategy.

So go on dreaming about installing your device in a vehicle. Fortunately for me and
the rest world there seems that people are begin to talk of productizing overunity
energy ideas in the near future, then we will go and be able to forget about thousands
of you dreamers because you device will not nearly have the cost benefit ratio that it
once had. These are the same dreamers by the way who have the false belief that a
product is actually protected by a patent. A patent is used successfully in conjunction
with a business strategy by an organization.

As has been pointed out many times, all it really gives you is a legal basis to sue anyone that infringes on your intellectual property - and good luck suing the likes of Bill Gates, the lawyers will be all smiles, but all you'll end up is bankrupt!

btw, your moon mention gave me a giggle.  Having just read "Nasa Mooned America!" I went from being skeptical to an out-and-out disbeliever in that little fantasy they spun.  Superb book, with lots of 'impossibles' that I haven't seen covered elsewhere. A must-read. 

Back on topic, as there were no patents listed here, I went googling, and the only thing relevant I found was the below link - filed by Ted Annis,  J. Patrick Eberly.  All these MEG-type devices seem to be doing things along the same lines - high permeability cores, altering reluctance etc - so why is the silence from replicators so deafening!  What intrigues me about the below filing is that towards the end, they list precisely the cores used, the number of turns for their associated coils and most importantly, the key to significant OU output (200-400 COP) - the pulse rise-time!  They don't mention wire-gauge though.

- Yes and no. Between them there is a substantial difference. Have a different purpose. One is for demonstration, but this latter is a real application. In module demonstrations are shown only possibilities. It is something like a functioning model. Nothing more.

I have read enthusiastic comments on Italian site about COP ....  comments about slow reduction of temperature of the magnetic parts and headache effects on the people working close to the device.

have you any comments about that?
