Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

I agree with Penno,
One question, why Brass?,We see the Magnet and Copper have a "Huge" Lenz Issue [the sphere in the copper/aluminum tube drop],Brass Not that far away from Copper!

Probably a silly point at this point ,But?

Chet

I just used brass because it is easy to get and easy to work with. If the device ran,  the brass would eventually fail from the constant flexing, but could be easily switched out for something like carbon fiber rod.

The device suffers from the same problem as another device I tried that used the Earths magnetic field. torque exists but work is "force x distance" and if the distance never changes then no work is done.

Still something there, so I will work on it for a bit and see if anything turns up.

Perhaps a snapshot?
This device is a real tease!

Sometimes the eyes [of others]are very helpful?

Whats for yah ne're go bye yah
Thanks Grandma

The design was originally based on the main description of the gravity device, but after the two sphere magnet concept I adapted it to test the theory.
The first pic is the cad rendering and the other two show the original configuration and the two magnet setup.
With some evaluation of the two magnet concept, I'm thinking that it may be possible that the ball joint at the top may not work smoothly under the high pressure of the large magnets and now I'm thinking of trying the flexible rod idea just to make sure.
