Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

@ Airstriker
You commented that a new vid was up [which dissapeared]
Was the "new vid" the device described above??
Did it have Spheres?
All the videos (3) were about the same device which is described in the first post here. No spheres were used. Also none of the videos showed a working device. Just an idea.

To be honest I've already started the replication, but having trouble the the stability of the whole setup - the magnets are to strong and all my plastic bearings are not handling it very well. Lazy susan idea is perfect, because the whole platform is very stable. But as I'm using much smaller magnets, I need to find a way to build something similar to lazy susan but lighter. Any ideas ?
Anyway I'm still not sure if the oryginal idea will work - there seems to be something missing in it.

Hi All,

Sorry for all the excitement about this but Lumen seems to point out a better way take it to the next level.  Don't know??    I am taking a long rest as this has to be perfect - not something that works on and off or not at all.

I just have a very small workspace and cant make precision parts and dont have a aid of a computer to figure out things.

Will be back much later to see what happens.

Tom
In the mean time you can try something else, or just break free from any OU thoughts for a long while. Those thoughts can make someones mind crazy. I have a very small workspace too. In my apartment I got max 1.5m x 2m of workspace (90% of this space is occupied by parts, riggs, desk, drawers, airplanes, tools, and electronic equipment). The rest of the apartment is 100% occupied by my wife and two kids. So "my part" of the apartment does not allow me to do big projects. I know how you feel...

Vidar is right don't make yourself "nutty" over this!,Doing something all by yourself can make you feel overwhelmed.
We are not here to get rich or steal your idea ,we are here to make a difference ,to hopefully change this world for the better,You have a wonderful opportunity to help bring that change?

We actually work together very well here just have a look at the Joule thief threads............

Hope to see you back soon ,Be well !

@ Air striker
Can you post a pic ,a drawing or mock up something that shows what you saw in the Vids ?
It will be a lot easier to make suggestions if we can "See" the problems!

Thanks
Chet

This device starts out like a racehorse and to tell the truth I have not found a practical way to vary the speed .  To slow it down or stop it I have to place a very large ring magnet near it without the setup or ring magnet colliding with each other.

Part of the spinning platform is heavy so it does not run away with blinding speed.

--------------------

You see Tom, this statement makes the quest irresistable!

No electronics ,just magnets,
Quotes:

1].Sphere magnets.  Ring magnets were to heavy and I found I did not need gravity at all.

2].Two magnets repelling each other while turning clockwise in my case.

3]. Both engine magnet and runner sphere magnets repelling each other on the same platform BUT moving together as one unit continuously  Thats where I am at now

4].You have two magnets repelling each other. The lead magnet (runner)
moves forward, the second magnet or engine magnet moves backward according to Newtons third law.
They seperate a distance then nothing happens.

5].The engine magnet CAN NOT move backward now:
THe runner magnet will still move forwad and leave the stationary engine magnet behind it  untill it reaches a distance then it stops.

6].I have made major improvements since then but the original concept is there.  Only two sphere magnets and another  inexpensive component is needed to run the device as well as simple non ferrous materials found in Lowes, Home Depot, or Mcmaster-Carr.

Hopefully Tom will get some renewed energy when he receives that new shaft I machined up for him.
