I kindly inform You, that my party in wake of permanent economical-social crisis, starts to organize National Academy for Nature Study (National Academy of Natural Knowledge). This will be basing on my knowledge, Russian theoretical achievements presented in the book "Energy of Vortex" by Fominsky/Potapovs and technical genius of Doctor S. The first purpose will be to introduce this knowledge for pure scientifical-experimental purposes to limited circle of approved scientists, later, to get acquainted with it, more people to push our country forward against today's chaos. I intend to start with it in a year or two. But first we have to overcome some problems. The first is of course Fukushima radiation, the second, more important problem, great probability not only of war (world war), but even when this danger will be out, we can expect revolutions, practically in each country next year. So my friends. I wish You all to get healthy. Wealth will be in real reserved only for very few.
