Is there anything out there for a Windows based machine that will help me with the formulas, etc..., for building generators?  Coil size, wire size, how many coils, RPM to Wattage ratio, etc... is what I am after.

I can't help with specifics but I'm sure there are programs around.  Some are likely pay programs.  Some extended Google searching may bring up some although you may have to settle for single use programs that just calculate one factor.  Dig deep and you'll probably find some free ones.
