This is really an AC/DC clamp meter. Only AC clamp meters are much common and cheaper. DC is probably
measured by pulsing measuring coil (inside the instrument). Or with some hall effect sensor.
Meassurement  range is 40A i 400A DC 2% tolerance. Cell is connected directly to PC supply and think
its a fairly flat DC.

Haven't measure gas production cause I'am  in a hurry to put this plates in
my car. 49 plates (two of what is seen in fourth video).
For now I have instaled it and complete system worked good with enough juice
to load car accu. No changes to alternator windings, but changed voltage regler with
custom made electronics. alternator is think rated for 60A. Electrolizer is
connected in SERIES between alternator and accu so current
of charge of accu and other load current goes first
through electrolizer.lots of bubbles created. current through cell 55A.
No unvanted explosions. Haven't quite noticed any change in sound of motor.
Is it possible that in hose (1m lenght) H2 and O2 are recombined into water
vapor ? Some experiments from others
proove that this is not likely to happen but chemists insist that it is so !?!
I hope that this is due large ammount of air mixed with gas.
hose form cell goes directly too air intake.
then gas (mixed with air) goes to air filter then turbo charger (very hot)
then intercooler and then into motor.TD 1.6l
I drove a car for 15min when electrolizer shortcircuit (0,5mm spacing only)
so this is not enough for any result report.
took it out. I didn't make cell strong enough for resist bumps on the
road...
When I fix cell I will make some report with pictures and movie.

this all happened before your remarkable horizontal exp. and I will certanly make two comparable experiments
hor. vs vert. with some gas measurement.

Well done,  Igor,
one other question:
How do you keep the voltage for the car battery below 14 Volts,
because if it goes over it, the car battery can get damaged...
If your alternator spins fast enough and e.g. generates 40 Volts
DC and your electrolyzer only has a voltage difference of 5 Volts
then you will have 35 VoltsDC at the battery which could kill
it in the long run...
Or do you regulate the voltage for the battery somehow ?

Hi Harti and all !

this is shematic how is all connected.
main part of the sheme is voltage regler.
trimmer is here to adjust maximum voltage at accu (I left it on 13.5V) so at higher RPMS
current through rotor is lowered.
all tranz and ic are mounted on PC processor heatsink with went so BD139 is here has
termic protection action. board and all elements are sprayed with plastic (to prevent atmosferics to interact)

If You do this or any simmilar devices all wires no matter the temperature isolation can withstand should not touch very hot metal parts of the motor.

this is twice as much plates ss 316L connected in series. The more load is switched on (lamps, ventialtors, audio amplifier)
the more current flows through electrolyser, more HHO is produced.
this is only version 1

I've been driving this thing for allmost 2000 Km now... and one thing I can say for certain is that there is not any negative aspect of this on board.
I've driven my car for long on very hot day and waiting for hours in traffic jams with engine on and
although high temperatures developed in engine under the hood (as would allso without HHO gen.) there where no sudden backfires,knocking , explosions
or any kind of troubles with engine.

Gas control is much more responsive - the difference is best observed on a very hot day in traffic jam when air density is very low
(there is not much oxigen in volume for burning fuel). Electrolyser gives oil what it needs to burn - oxygen.
before - i press the pedal but car hardly reacts only when pushed to the max and spreading black smoke
now - it accelerates like in winter times when air is much thicker and if pushed to the max smoke is grey.

I can only estimate but seems like my car is using less diesel 10% for sure but sometimes feels like 20% to 30%. And this is without
changing or adjusting any of the engines part. bosch pump, etc. which should be done to lower idle consuuption.

I use version 1 allso to condition my plates (0.5A per plate flows now) and
in version 2 I'll use Stanley Mayer's High Voltage electrostatic electrolysis and allso using 100W to 150W, with more plates and/or tubes

Production of hydrogen will be much bigger but to make it less igniteable, I'll mix it with water steam from engine cooling system
In a winter time I'll mix water with alcohol to lower down freezing point of water.
If there is 30% alc freezing temp is around -14C ?

besides alchohol is not a polutant (in this ratios and burnt), antifreez solutions are super toxic !!!
