REAL WORKING MAGNET GRAVITY WHEEL !! It WORKS !!

This wheel works just as described and as shown in the video. There is no trickery involved.

The steel ball is continuously rolling up the inside of the wheel to the magnet and the wheel is continuously turning underneath the ball. The action is like two gears turning with each other.

There is a power source: The magnet itself, which lifts the ball up the inside rim of the wheel.

The question is: Can a large scale version of this be built to generate any useful mechanical energy to do practical work?

The video clearly shows the wheel starting by itself from a dead stop and accelerating to its top speed.

The bearings, if any, on the axle of the wheel don't seem to be very efficient. This keeps the wheel from turning even faster. Also a metal bell on a metal wheel isn't very efficient for traction. I would have rubber on the inside of the wheel to greatly improve the traction of the rolling ball on the rim.

I think the main problem with the people who think this can't work is that they are unable to visualize the rotation of the steel ball in relation to the wheel, which is the key to how this works. Concepts of this type take a certain level of intuition that some people just don't have.

If you build it using Tinu's ideas it will probably work. Will it work if you build it using Gravitar's explanation?
Build it and see. Leave your imperfect intuition at home and look at what you are seeing, not what you want to see.

Plus, you could always go to the website of the presenters of this wheel, and read the explanations there. Is it possible to believe that they have invented a real working magnet motor, and are exhibiting it, claiming that it is fake, just so they don't get suppressed? Sure, if you have a certain level of intuition.

This device as shown in the video doesn't really work. First a ball up the side of a wheel doesn't cause the wheel to turn unless it
is glued to it (has common braking force).  A gear would work better but only as the ratio of momentum of the small gear wheel to
the larger one and the gear teeth will cause additional step friction. The ball will simply go into balance between the forces of
gravity and the magnetic forces. Nothing will be out out balance and nothing will be causing the wheel to turn. Magnets automatically
have additional braking forces due to Lenz interactions that cause additional mechanical losses to occur so that any given proper
motion will die out and the system will come into balance. This coming into balance is a major reason why simple mechanical free
energy machines don't work.

The reason the wheel rotates in the video is because the person has his hand on magnet. This is known as a "hand magnet"
and anytime you see a persons body part in a demonstration of a free energy device it must be called out. A persons body part
provides nervous energy which is a servo mechanical force that is not under the direct control of an individual and will occur even if he
is attempting to suppress major motion. He can suppress the major low frequency motion only by stimulating it's higher frequency
motion through tactal/muscular feedback that he is not directly aware of. At the end of the session his muscles will feel tired though
because he has supplied the energy to make the device move.

That invention is fully described in book " Mechanical Appliances and Novelties of Construction" published in 1927 by Gardner D. Hiscox, Mechanical Engineer, and Norman W. Henley.

The video is NOT a hoax. You could call it a "puzzle" but veproject1 does not claim that it is a working perpetual motion or magnet/gravity motor. It is a working _model_ of a PMM design. Of course it doesn't work by the "obvious" way! Neither does it work by the way mscoffman has guessed above.
