that schematic isn't a push-pull it's a pull-pull (push-push?)    either drive on pulls on the same coil.


no spark gap or nano pulse generator, just the first tl494 should do it with modified toroid windings....

No need to get emotional.  What I wrote about the past Dally replication is a fact and it does not mean that Romanow/Akula/Tunguska windings should be disregarded.

Itsu has this circuit in his possession and it's up to him whether he will want to connect different windings to it.
...that missing frequency, Duty Cycle, voltage and amperage at the output of the Yoke would really help him do it right.

Since you know Russian well, maybe you could get this missing info for Itsu?

    Any further help and direction to the "no battery no ground" device by who ever is the real inventor of that device, is more than welcome.

   Please, let's work together on this, if we can. It may have nothing to do with Dally or Kapanadze, or even Hendershot's work,  but it WORKS, and that is what matters.

In regards to latest devices, you need to do actual experiments when choke is inside of air core transformer and when it is connected to same air core transformer secondary via capacitor in series for resonanct frequency same as resonant frequency with LC circuit on primary. The main goal is: the choke is your energy absorber and voltage source. Its function is same as Tesla transformer secondary. The air core transformer secondary is current source and is the point where voiltage from choke and current from secondary is mixed. On mixing point you just want to put load... Then probably will be surprised how much power is there.
