Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

  Dog:
I've also changed some more components, thinking there must be something wrong with one of them. So, I replaced both 10k resistors, with new ones, and replaced the two cross-over diodes again, to two IN5398, this time.
Same thing, still overheating... But, if I don't connect the grenade's output coil, and just run the 3 turns coil/inductor circuit, there is no heating at all. This is also using brand new fets, which seam to working ok. Nice clean wave forms on the scope, from both fets, although one of fets has a slightly higher output, than the other one. I'll show it once I get this heating issue solved, and can get back to tuning.

  Alien:
I don't know how long my Kacher's secondary coil is anymore, as I've added and removed turns a couple of times. I think that I started with about 19m, which is about 1/2 the size of the 37.5 meter grenade output coil. But I'm not sure how long it is now.
I get a nice sign wave form from my Kacher driver, and at the antenna  coil.  I don't know what frequency it's running at yet. Sorry, I'll know more about that some time soon, but in any case I'm not tuning for a certain set frequency, like 1.5mhz, as my set up is not the same or just like Ruslans, or Akulas, I wish it were.  Although my grenade coils are similar.

The new Ruslan grenade output coil is now 40m long, and it's frequency has now dropped to about 15khz, from the 27.3khz that it was running at previously. And his kacher is now running at around 1.5mhz, down from 1.7mhz it was at before.
So, take your pick of which size to follow, and which frequency try to tune for.

Nick ok so in that case thats about 15.7 Mhz the katcher coil want to run at in theory, but you must have a 'huge' capacitor across that coil what sort of quality is it ?  you need to get another scope channel working on your 37.5 meter coil and look at the wave form of that, it should be 4 times slower than the katcher frequency so it will look 4 times wider so the katcher wave form will fit 4 times into the grenade wave form or 8 or 16 exactly, but it's a wast and your going up in frequency. You might have to alter that cap across the katcher to alter the frequency (is the cap also getting hot ) ?.  it needs to be a good quality here not a crap 100htz one or it will get hot and die. good luck

| ------!------!------!------! katcher  4 times faster  This was covered in a couple of postings
| ---------------------------| grenade coil                   at least once in English, but it has been
talked about on the Russian forum.
Grenade should be a 1/4 speed of katcher.

One quarter?

I thought the Tesla coil was suppose to be running at 100 times the frequency of the grenade coil.

Hi
I was a little  move on with the subject from the conventional version TL494 going trace Ruslan I tried a chip SG3525A.
and the system works but I had to make some changes and still I can not find the cause of the inclined front view: OSC_OUT_KEY.
I thought it was the voltage drop across the resistor, but the cause lies somewhere? the mode when I mentioned potentiometers to 600K. I have more regulations but the time range of pulses varies saw more in shape.
