question quite difficult to obtain energy from the induction coil which is saturated pulses in technology based on N.Tesla seen as a developed example charging,batteries by well-known to you:John Bedini.
It is here too little in common such a process charges the capacitor if I'm wrong, I am thinking that this is somehow connected How else to explain the energy stored in plain wire?

I suppose that the answer will be something like your body changes the capacity of the coil what I think of it as appose hand causes the discharge of static distance, closer then the greater the resistance

I know you have very rich experience with building Tesla coils. Considering running the blocking generator , Can you please give me an advice how to know my Tesla runs at 1/4 as it should? Is the top capacitor (The torroid or ball) important to reach that state??  Is it the grounding of the secondary coil what helps me to get that result?  How can I confirm that it does run as it should with the scope?

There are some questions for your case:
Why the amplitude from LC series resonance goes to very low level as soon as you load up 140W?
Is it trying to draw more amps from PS then have not enough from 120W and then is dropping oscillation?
Is the yoke core over satturated?
