In the following private posted Kapanadze video from May 2015, Kapanadze explains
some technical details about his device starting at 9:47 in the video. Can anyone who can
understand what Kapanadze is saying and who wants to help out translate the technical details
which Kapanadze is talking about starting at 9:47 in the video?

Kapanadze mentions a frequency of operation which sounds like 'Cheechastado dodrotsot kiloHertz'. 
Can anyone at least translate what frequency Kapanadze mentioned using?

Kapanadze is apparently using a new receiver/mixing coil design in this 2015 video. It looks like the new coil design
is using three small diameter tubes with coils on them that are all wrapped at one end by another outside coil.
May give some further clues about how the coil should be done, as Kapanadze may have been improving
his technique over time. See the attached video screen shots of the Kapanadze coil used in this device.

Wesley, many thanks! That was fast. You are a good man. I liked your "Bla bla bla" translations.
That made me laugh. I also got a laugh when that guy put the ground wire on his tongue. Maybe not such
a good idea on a live circuit even if it is just a ground wire.

So Kapanadze said it was operating at 200 kHz. That is interesting. It seems at least conceivable as it is a very
long tesla coil secondary tube. Quite a bit lower frequency than Akula and Ruslan used, it would appear.
It seems that the frequency of the tesla coil may not be too critical.

Hope you didn't get a zap from that high voltage you are using...
