I'm not trying to be funny but can some one please show what Nelson is saying here cus i'm just as wise reading it as not 

Think of a single wire running from one stage to an extra coil that further steps up the voltage,
very much like Tesla's magnifying transmitter extra coil, as Nelson has mentioned.

OK, it is Tesla's extra coil setup.

Question #1: Can this setup generate (collect) additional energy?
Question #2: Can this setup generate (collect) additional energy and thereby work at 50Hz?

Because I can't see Tesla coils or delicate electronics (real working not decoy), neither in Kapanadze video, nor in Stepanov video, nor in Barbosa video. All those devices are working at grid frequency without mos transistors or something like that but with elementary electric components.

Also sending energy across the universe is not my intention, I rather want energy collecting from it.

There are several methods of coupling drive energy
into the input end of the Tesla Helical Resonator coil.

It is not necessary to use a "primary" winding in the
usual manner.

An open ended "loop" positioned at the feed point and
fed with the appropriate frequency will loosely couple
energy into the coil and thereby excite it.

It's some sort of mini mains transformer like 12-0-12 to 240v  with some copper tape around it if I'm not mistaken

Also in that clip NOTICE THE 3 TURNS of wire around the green toroid going to the PCB.
