   lacphong as said let it be scam or not , there are 1000 of pages of discussion here in overunity but still no one replicated fully working device yet .But if little info is there it could help.There are at-least 4 group who have replicated Ruslan ,akula device from Russia.
The circuit was bought by one of these group.this much i knw. so please help translate the picture i shared.

i have seen atleast 4 working mechanical device in my country ,problem is all are patented and device work ,but because of greed they will not sell or share the working of device.but i dont say it is wrong ,in this 4 device i visited ,one person have spend 15 years on this device and what ever he earned he spend on his device.

some overunity device are bought my rich companies saying they will bring this device to market ,but yet not in market.
One device is bought for huge amount 5 years before.The inventor is happy and living good life.

so there is nothing wrong in asking money if it works.

    Agreed.  Nothing wrong if it works. And $1500 is not too much to ask.  Again, if it works.
Since the design itself is most likely worth much more than that.  It's a steal of a deal.

   I see many similarities with the Akula/Ruslan device. Maybe some of us can adapt our Ruslan replication to work like Poma's self runner.  WE need to know what is responsible for the anomalous output, first.
   This is really worth pursuing guys...  It's made somewhat like Kapanadze devices,  all simple junk parts that anyone can obtain.
   Poma does mention Tariel, for a reason. Maybe Poma is one of the "boys"...  Who else is in that group?
    Are being left out?  As I don't understand a word of what he is saying.

The scheme attached seem to be the working of poma free energy device NICKZ ,the circuit is from http://cyberenergy.ru/ website ,ever since this circuit was posted in their site ,it went offline.since then the website didnt work.

It was said one man seed 2000 $ to him ,in return he got this circuit.

And there is a talk in http://realstrannik.com website , a users friend has send 5000 $ ,he is waiting for the circuit and device from ,once he get the circuit he promised to share the circuit and replication of this device in the site.

Mean time someone who can read and understand Russian ,can translate what is return the circuit that i shared .

we may not knw if it is fake or real ,but lets give a try,

   Have there been any recent replications of Poma's device? Even by other Russians?
   Looks like it only takes a Kacher, so things are getting easier. I hope.
   No 100 component circuits, like Ruslan/Akula designs. And no induction circuit. Although it's possible that the device make it's own magnetic induction signal, just from the way it's built.  Or not?
   There should only be a simple Kacher circuit under the black hat. And no Katuska any more, that was covered with the yellow plastic. The tall blue object may be the capacitor, or even a leyden jar (pill bottle sized) capacitor. Although it's not shown in the previous diagrams as such.
    Everything looks well used, and recycled.
    Should be easy to replicate. But, what is the secret? 
    The simple diagram is of some help, of course. But, what if anything is missing from it?
   We need a confirmation of this device, by a third party with a working replication.
   Any help on this project is much appreciated.
