Sorry, but I do not get the drift of your points. If you are attempting to debunk the entire site, line by line, that will take you quite a long time. 

There are, of course, things on the site that I would also challenge but after reviewing pretty much all their threads, I believe the author has some very valid points and presents his postulations (theories) in a usable manner.

My preferred method of approach is to first understand the theory of operation, do a detailed design and simulation if possible, then fabricate prototypes. Although I'm a seasoned engineer, I also enjoy using my physics background as well and have found this can save a great deal of time and money more often than not. 

May I suggest you read the entire site, along with the other links I've provided; with an open, inquiring, mind before concluding anything. I believe the "reward" will far exceed the "effort!"

Resonance is the key to overunity and it is not. It depends on how you use it. Of course alone it's worthless but in the circuit when resonance is not disturbed by load it is useful.
Theoretically you can have two resonances together but it's not easy : LC resonance with antenna having stationary wave. Somehow the antenna properly placed properly constructed is not loaded by additional output circuits. For example the electric field pulsations of energy waving inside antenna is non-inductively  pushing electrons in output coils . In other case we should assume that all presented self-running HV devices are fake.

    Roma's generator self runs, and need no ground line. Nor did Akula's second device.
    Without resonance there is no free lunch.
    There can be several resonance points, of course, some can work better than others in the case of our replications.

History of relation:
Stepanov (written also as Stefanov brothers) approached me  in 2011 and wanted  for me to promote their device thought to be producing  more energy _out than  delivered _{in.
The main problem they faced was that their device did not have "samozapitka" -  no selflooping and  no selfpowered.}

Stefanov  went to Hamburg in Germany for the show with his device and ask me Wesley to come from USA  to see the show.
While on the show he meets German investor totally not knowledgeable " in any of it, "But German guy  have heard about Akula and Tariel Kapanadze. and that was why Stefanov who wanted money as  soon as possible was in a must to contact Roman ( Akula)

Because Stefanov Brothers wanted to make sure that Akula is no fake than  Tiger from Kazakhstan, was  paid  by Stefanov to come  visit end examine  Akulas Device.
Both Akula and Tiger ( Vitaly) are from Kazakhstan however it took 6 to 8 hours by train for Tiger to come to Astana ( capital of Kazakhstan)

Stefanov was a key to German investor, Akula did not have  any.
Tiger is my friend and I trust his expertise.
After examination where selfpowered  Akula's  device was performing as expected Tiger was ask to leave, and  Stefanov with Akula have made  business negotiation.
Stefanov did not want to lose German investor  to Akula .Kazakhstan- but he had not to much  choice. It was only the matter of time for German guy  to switch  Stefanov with Akula. So Stefanov pressure was about losing and Akulas about  gaining.
At one point come to an agreement,  and German Investor visited  Akula in Kazakhstan.

Some time  around these events  Akula was ask by the same Russian chocolate company  from Riga ( near place of Ruslan!!) The same Russian guys  poisoned me in the plane when I was in trip from Prague to Tbilisi with drunk Tariel Kapanadze  next to me. 

That was first problem Akula faced ( he was alive and nothing wrong  happened to him as his presentation in Riga failed)  he simply could not make it run.
Akula contacted me  and I come to conclusion that his device is  facing  Geo-dependency problem..

Some time later  we  see  another guy the new guy in the field  his name is Ruslan from Riga.
Ruslan was at first cooperating with guy that contacted me as well- that guy was assembling first electronic board  for not yet at that time  assembled Ruslan Device.
However I was approached by the assembly guy  only after Ruslan success.



I have explained that ground wire or counterpoise - both works the same  way serving as balance.

As far as Akulas LED devices - No professional knowledgeable  approach   would let me speculate  with statements at this time.

The first and the main problem every experimenter with success of building such device faces is Investor!!!
Even if Investor is 100% confident that device works as stated is:
1. there is no patent and there will be no patent as laws of thermodynamics can not be violated.
However there  is another option:
Tariel Kapanadze patent application  made in Turkey by  patent attorney MrTurk, was made so professionally that any electrostatic concept of device anywhere in the world  if proven that works will cause automatically  the dead now TARIEL'S APPLICATION TO TURN INTO PATENT IN FULL FORCE. As priority  of rights to novelty belongs To Tariel.
By that Tariel and/or his relatives  would become the most wealthy people on the Earth.

2.Even if Tariel's  application is dead, nobody can ever patent any device that  is  of nature  falling into Tariel's  patent claims.

3. without the patent there is no protection to  anyone invention and no protection to the investor who must fulfill  "inventor" expectations with big money in front.
And first device manufactured this  way  by investor will be immediately copied  by first buyer and sold for less creating  natural competition of guys who are not obligated to pay   royalty  to anyone.
 

Conclusion:
so the only way to make money  tomorrow in  millions per day is  to start manufacturing by  yourself ( "by inventor")
without worry about patents or investors.
The device approximate cost  of parts is about $30
The device price tag $1000 per device
The group of 10 workers can make around 1000 devices per 24 hours shift.
Buyer is every adult human in the planet  earth. and everyone convinced enough walking on the street.
No advertisement is needed  it will spread like disease.
By the time competition wake up  the  first guy will be seating on billions of dollars -----if smart turned  immediately into gold  as soon monetary system of the world would  likely collapse.

   If resonance were not an important consideration, we would have found the right frequencies for self running, long ago.
   Although resonance between the circuits is not the "source" of power, but it is an at least a partial cause of being able to draw in additional energy from the ambient. From the Cosmic soup, some call the Aether.  Other wise, what you put into the device, is all you get out, minus the loses.
   The bandwidth of this resonant sweet spot is only 300khz wide, as shown by Ruslan in his videos. So, it's very very easy to miss. And there may be more to this than just hitting on the proper sweet spot, which is what some of us are trying to figure out, as well. Like the wiring connections, circuit drivers used, etz...

  Some of us had though that the Kacher's output frequency could not be controlled, other than by adding or removing turns on the secondary coil. But, looking at the complicated control circuits being used now on the newer types of Kacher driver circuits, suggests that that may not be the case. On the other hand Roma has shown that a ground line is not totally needed for his device to self run, while using only a simple Kacher driver circuit, as his only input source. That is, IF what we are seeing in his video, is true.

  Stivep:  Thanks for the explanations.  However, the device that Tiger and Stepanov (Stefanov) examined was not Akula's first self runner, but it was his second self running device, instead. Just to clear up any confusion.
  Akula's second self running device always used a ground connection, and was never shown running without a long ground line going to and connect up to this water soaked area. Unlike what he probably had to do in Germany where he had no wet ground area for his connection to his ground line.  Which may have been the cause and reason for the difference, or maybe not.
  In any case I use two 37.5m ground lines going into my water well,  just in case, water, or wet ground may be the reason Akula could do what he had shown in the video of the second self runner.  Although Akula's first self runner could run without ANY ground line, although it would overheat the rectifier and other components, to the point of melt down, if let go uncontrolled.
   Therefore the extra or additional energy is NOT coming from the ground to the device, but can help to stablelize and keep the 300+ volt HV connection (on his first device), from frying his components, and commercially made rectifier.
   If there is something wrong with my observations, please let me know.

As far as i can see the big picture according the function of the kacher and its effort to gain energy in the grenade.
As T1000 and lots of other guys are saying... BEMF of the falling edge of the kacher puls.....
Also i read some commets from ruslan that the negative puls of the kacher is pulling the energy back out of the grenade.
This is why we see no significant effect in relation in versus out.
Maybe this statement can be verified and with that point of view the roma device could be evaluated.
Stivep has contributed lots of time last days... so maybe we can draw the line in the different concepts.
This also would bring us a step further in the perception of fake or not fake in the concept where kachers are "pumping and sucking"
After reading lot of information last days what is posted that could bring some end conclusions about this aspect.
