   Tesla had mentioned that we are surrounded by a sea of cosmic energy.  Yet, few choose to believe him. 
   He had first worked on the AC current experiments, to be able to utilize that type of power long distances away from the source.  But, his later days were spent on working with the DC impulse technologies, after his tower was torn down. Which didn't require transfering power long distances.
  I suspect that his notes and tests on that type of impulse technology is what is still secret today. As when he died, all those notes and experiments were stolen from him. Possibly along with the Pierce Arrow electric car, as well any other self running projects. As his idea was to use that impulse technology to power planes, trains, ships, etz...  from the surrounding ambient.

There are many things we can not explain but for me one is in Ruslan schemes.
The inductor coil have 9 meters of wire and just 43 microH and in 3 layer have 18 meters wire and just 87 uH, this is in Ruslan's diagrams ?!!!
In my replica the inductor have 86 uH , 9 meters in two layers and I change it now with an 18 meters inductor and it have 229 uH?
I believe this is why my replica is not working.
Someone can explain this?

If its worth considering, then its not wrong to make the point. 

I did not write the word 'fake'. My magnifier cannot see whats at the end of the croc-clip lead, so of course I have no proof whether its a fake, anymore than you have proof its a self-runner.
