Ha Ha is this a joke, how much do you think the caps will cost ?? and do you know any one who has got one working ?
I suppose you could make a 12 or 24 volt version, it would still cost a packet though!

proof of concept he is using 40 watt solar panel to MPPT controller super capacitor as battery side of MPPT and output of MPPT to load battery with 1500 watt inverter and load of inverter to 1 kw rice cooker.

If this is normally done of that same battery with inverter alone will drain the battery in first 8 min completely.

so may be replacing with solar panel with output from who ever replicating ruslan device ,this circuit might help them to self loop it

It's a bit misleading, solar panel then up converter circuit to charge control as panel can reach 25volts  then super capacitors in series as 2.7v ones will blow up if not, then low power MOSFET charge controller. then it might work if you have some sun .

My cap bank for my lawn mower just cost me £600 ! Then the 2 3 phase motor generators and the coils then the body of the thing the blade and the belt all in at £1500 .

I only have a small lawn hahah but this zero point mower is a powerful little monster good for personal transport up to 120 mph 0.5 tone with assisted magnetic vacuum forward drive !

We need a factory to build these things anyone around with £20 000 000 ? haha how on earth can we make a difference to global warming without manufacturing ? We have the answer to the worlds biggest problem global warming and no manufacturing ? Why is the media not all over this technology ?? WTF ! You send a press statement and there not interested ! 

All the investors and existing manufactures want 75% of everything ! All we need is one very large empty building anywhere in the world any ideas ?

On Ruslan step-down inverter on the output caps from grenade - I do not know much about it in his case. But when caps can be charged to the peak voltage faster than they loose charge on load to the point where charging current cross the charged voltage on cap in the graph (it is non-linear) there are lots of their uses in looping power back to the input.
