ok, give me just one example of one guy who have problems with mosfets gates signal, just one!
my mistake , yes the spikes are waves but in this device becomes wave at the same duty cycle and amplitude as original wave and  it double the  frequency. That is just at some small duty cycle, when  have time to do that.

Hmmmm,   allthough the upper picture in post #15922 reads: "drain signal.jpg", it in fact is the gate signal as i understand it, and verpies mentioned in post #15925 that
it is "not accpetable", confirmed by Apecore.

I know i had my share of gate feedback problems too.
