Here is what we overlooked:the same coil powered by the same DC power source gives more magnetic field with proper core.

Hi Nelson,

Would you mind to share your step-down inverter circuit which is only partially discharging  caps(just my guess about this one is being used inside of right box) ? Also does it look on HV caps charge level to make sure the caps are not being drained too much with nanosecond pulses?
This would save time on design and debuging on such inverters.

First I must specify the relation between  phenomena.
Than I need  based on that relation specify  possible interactions
And than I need to apply usable by us interaction to mechanism that would "work " for us.

A self runner device is not a free energy device , but a more convenient way to convert and produce currents in a self sustaining oscillation circuit where the output is capable to produce more work (W) and provide the enought power to sustaining the circuit until "main power input" is depeleted or interrupted.

Could you please explain this sentence in more detail? I think you mean that your self-running device has an oscillator which is fed from a power supply which receives feedback from the output of the device until the power supply is depleted or interrupted?
