I am unable to reproduce that same thing after changing the 2sk2611 transistor .. now look what is happening

On both tests tesla voltage is 50V, load = 75watt, 75watt, 50watt 220V Bulbs .. dim light

what is happening ... tesla is hits the peak of output current ... i can hear some sounds from the tesla transistor.

Now the tesla pulses hit the peak high and also peak low of the current sine wave.
Frequency is flipping is unstable 1,65Mhz , 2Mhz , 2.5Mhz ..
BUT! the 24Volt PSU fan is going down on rpm. I use a high power diode going from PSU to push-pull circuit.
Voltage on 160V zener diode without tesla running is : 126volt
Voltage on zener diode with tesla running see picture #2 : 93 Volt
So the back EMF is dropping.
Touching with some plastic the ferrite rod where 90 90 degree coil is .. i get some long 3 mm plasma arcs , moving that coil left right or closer to the grenade i can tune left/right where tesla pulse hits the current peak.There is an optimum distance between that ferrite and grenade where i have a high radiant voltage from tesla.

The digital multimeter is playing strange with me .. i have no clamp ammeter to test in/out currents.
But this is very strange. I use always ground wire connected to home heating system at 60 meters altitude from earth. I also tried on the water pipes and i have to retune the entire system.
My ground cable is 6mm^2 about 8-13 meters

Should i try with a different grenade winding ?
No one gave me an response why does 1 bulb connected is sucking 4 amps @ full brightness and 2 bulbs connected in parallel are sucking 2 Amps @ half brightness. After a fast rectifier bridge + 300uF capacitor.

Electrolytic caps dont work too good at HF end can you try some poly or paper caps ?

My grenade was 40 meters but It only had actual 35 meters wound, with 5m split ie (10+10) -(5+5) - (2.5+2.5) 5m left over and sec was 20 meters but wasn't to impressive. So rewound it to (10+10) - (5+5) - (5+5) = total of 40 meters and secondary of 10 meters It now has a large bandwidth from 1.7M to 5Mhz and good power 'flat' gain like Stalker shows in his demo so i'm testing that at the moment.

Hi ! it's gone a bit dead on here, nothing happening ?

One thing I want to raise regarding the TL494 some of you might not have noticed or ignored when using the variable dead time and that is the device does not do a full top vcc and leaves as some slope and noise that will not be very forgiving if not corrected early on in your circuit design and if neglected will lead to self-oscillation in your torrid driver of the grenade coil see photo's

I would suggest you use some sort of Schmitt trigger or driver with gain to full VCC and VDD to fully drive the IGBT's or MOSFET's
