Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Belfior,

i have the same module, but managed to blow it up but it was working fine untill then.

No diagram available other then the ones on that website.

I made a layout of my module after i made some modifications to operate it with variable frequency (100K trimmer instead of R6)
and variable duty cycle (100K trimmer at lower connection of (removed) R7 position) giving it a 0 to 44% duty cycle.

The backside (right to left) shows some names which corresponds the following way to what i mention on the front:

PWM2  = output 2
PWM1  = output 1
GND   = minus
VCC   = 9-25V input
RTH   = +5V ref
NC
Feed- = minus
Feed+
Pro
REM

Hope thats clear,  Regards Itsu

Itsu to the rescue! You are a life saver! I hope I don't blow it up... Maybe I anticipated it, because I ordered 2 ;)

Hi Folks,

Sorry to chime in but I can see some schematics in the ebay seller site Belfior linked to.  If you click on the right hand side arrow I circled in red in my snapshot picture below, you can see them.

Gyula

Thx man! I will snatch those. I just get "please update your photobucket account to enable 3rd party hosting" so the seller keeps his images in some free account that cannot handle the downloads

QuoteItsu: Well, it's good to hear that I'm not the only one blowing these things up.  I feel better now. But, I had another Snicker Bar, just to be sure.
            I'm looking for the cap and 1k resistor for the Oleg snubber. I guess that a 1uf electrolytic cap won't do?
            So, I should disconnect the source side of my MUR3060, but leaving the drain side of it still connected, and connect that other end of those diodes to the 1k resistor, and cap, which are going to the gates?

Nick,

I don't know if a electrolytic cap can be used there, its all DC with the minus to ground, so i guess so, but won't recomment it.
The 1.2uF cap will work, even a 10uF cap if you have one, its not critical.

Your present MUR360's are now across the drain / source with their anodes connected to the source (ground) and the cathodes connected to the drain (so blocking the 24V), Right?

The Oleg diodes have their anodes to the drains and the cathodes to the junction 1K R and 1uF cap, so very different!!

Not sure what you mean by "which are going to the gates?", as NOTHING from the Oleg snubber goes to the gates.

Gyula,

those are not the diagrams of the presented TL494 PCB, they are some different schematics of similar circuits.
I was not able to find the exact diagram of the PCB.

Keeping my fingers crossed.  I'm pretty sure this will help you a lot
to gauge where your push/pull driver is needing attention.

I'll also swing by the postal annex and let them know their 10 business
day estimation was way off.  Maybe they will be able to run a trace
on the shipment and get someone's attention to wake up and get
this package on the move.  Can't hurt.

   Dog One:  Did you have a chance to go by the post office to see about what happened with the scope shipment.
    I still have not received it, yet. And it's getting close to being a month now since it was sent.
