  The reason that the device is turned on first, then the bulbs are turned on afterward, is because the system won't fire up with the FULL load on. Not to preheat the bulbs, as you think, which are not even switched on at all yet.
  And if too high a load is placed, after the device has been turned on, the device shuts down, as seen in Ruslan's videos, and will need to be re-started, (without the Full higher load on). Most likely due to the frequency changing which causes the system to not be able to handle the change and gets off of the optimum resonant point, and shuts down. And can't be fired up again, without turning off the whole thing, and restarting it using a lower wattage load, or no load on at all. So, there is no preheating of the bulbs, like with my mercury vapor bulbs which do take a minute to heat up and light properly.
   Although there are no self runners shown running the avalanche or chaotic mode as seen on a scope. But, there are several devices shown running the RM mode, and showing how the hand movements affects that particular sound and the bulbs, when in the RM mode, possibly even without overheating.
  Yet, not one self runner has been shown working 24/7, while running a full load on, (of 1000w to 5000w) and lighting or  powering up a house.  Or any load, 24/7 for that matter. Not even Ruslan, Akula, Stalker, nor anyone else, as their devices most likely will overheat. Such as what happened in the field when Ruslan was showing his 4000 output, but his rectifier diodes would overheat and he had to turn the system off, to avoid that from happening.

Some people here seem to refer to 'Stalker' as someone who has demonstrated a self runner
along the lines of what we have seen in videos by Akula or Ruslan, but when I browsed through
Stalker's videos I couldn't find a demo video of a self runner or OU. When I asked if someone
could point me to such a video made by Stalker, I got no answer. What gives? What has Stalker
demonstrated which makes some people think he has demonstrated OU? Can someone point me to
a Stalker video or something else which shows something like this? Just curious what it is that
Stalker has demo'd in regards to OU.

One thing I noticed in Ruslan's videos is when he placed his hand near the the tesla coil or
the so called antenna winding or drew arcs from them, it did not seem to make his lights get
much brighter or dimmer. When Geo puts his hand anywhere close to his tesla coil or antenna winding
in his latest demos it made the light brightness change very noticeably. If Ruslan's video demos were legit,
then it seems to me that what Ruslan was doing is not the same as what Geo has been experimenting
with lately. I can't say for sure of course, but it certainly doesn't appear to be the same thing
going on there.

   There is a reason why Stalker's videos don't show his devices self running. Can you guess what that reason might be?
   However, Adrian has replicated a previous Stalker device, and has shown it self running in his bedroom as well as in the field. Using only a simple Kacher circuit, and a simple TL494/TC4420 board, just like Stalker's diagrams. 
  Stalker will not show his circuit self running any more, but he does show the circuit diagrams, and his whole set up, while fully explaining what he has done. Except to show it self running.  Smart move, perhaps
