Well, as far as I know Dr. Schwarz device use some interesting properties of Bismuth (but it could be disinformation).Where info about coatings coming from ? from the last video ?

I am assuming the Plates have a coating which is proprietary which is a part of the MO for excess energy harvesting .
and then there are others who have mixed a symphony to claim gains in LENR .
these things are always Puzzles...fiddling as Rome Burns...

How do they project in their business plan the pure investment costs for the equipment and which capital tax in calculation and which personal costs for service and maintenance ?And Investor R.O.I. ?------------------------------
Example:  - their invested 4,5 Mio. US$ + 25 Mio. US$ investment funds
   - capital tax quote : 10%   -  investment return time 5 years  -------------------------------  calculation : 
   ( 4,5+25)x [(1/5)+0,1]= 8,85 in Mio.$ per annum divided by 8766(hours, theoretically permanent) x 1000 KWh=         a little more than 1,0 US$cent per KWh only capital amortization part
