postulation regarding "high voltage pulsed current pumping" with some valuable formulas to work with.

NOTE: Townsend's measurement apparatus (Figure 2.1) used an adjustable DC HV source whereas
Tesla demonstrated "radient energy" using his Tesla Coil, therefore he used a unipolar pulsed source
[patent 685957 and 685958].

Additionally; Townsend shows his current growth equation and touches on the "Time Lags for Breakdown."
This "current growth" equation shows high voltage sets electron velocity, ionization collisions, travel distance,
and thus the number of electrons reaching the anode [a gain] (equations 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6). There
is also a current growth in a secondary process.

Where does the excess energy come from? Orthadox, old school, engineering numbers! Kinetic electron
velocity. Hard to argue with that.

For what it's worth: When a functional device is publicly presented, especially considering the scientific
community, it's essential that a viable theory (or at least something that's believable) also be available
and backed up by numbers that make sense. We all know this from experience.

I think the question "where does the extra energy come from" is trivial. Energy was created in the BigBang and after that you cannot create or destroy it. So energy is everywhere in different quantities just waiting for you. It is not all packed in matter. You can call it ambient, because the waves are flying and being sent from all around for billions of years. I would postulate that energy is concentrated more near matter (stars, planets), but still it is everywhere.

The Sun gets the energy from the galaxy and it dispenses it to the bodies in the solar system.

Nature will put the energy there, if you trick Nature to see that there is an imbalance in your system. I would start with fields. Maybe static charges into caps. It will get transformed into amps when you discharge it. Run a bicycle wheel of caps over an electrophorus and discharge the caps during the cycle. Electrophorus keeps its charge for 3-4 days and you can charge those caps for free.

Nature will bring the energy there, if you just provide the imbalance like a chemical battery. We don't need to waste time around kachers and grenades. We can just use caps. I think people just need to go to books written in 1800s to get ideas. Modern stuff is just there to throw you off.

PS. CERN is just a career and a paycheck. Everything is waves and energy. Matter is waves in high frequency. You can't push your finger through, so you think it is solid. All your senses are tuned to waves that you can sense. What they are doing is cutting waves into halves. They are basically dividing a number by 2. Now they need more money, so they can divide even more. Maybe 40 years to get to the Planck's length.

Problem is you might have a challenge selling that explaination [your theory] to conventional engineers and scientists. Or maybe not.

Already been there and faced that!

Believe me, the peer review guys are not stupid and a few of them actually really really do know their stuff.

You present a working hardware demonstration of an excess energy device but without a viable theory of operation and underlying
explainable physics, you might as well not even waste your time showing up [ask Meyer, and the many others]. They don't like you
infringing on their sacred territory nor do they believe what you are showing could be valid to begin with - it's up hill the entire way...

If you think the youtube crowd is brutal, just try convincing a group of your peers!

the problem with math is that it is just a tool. It might hold true, but it does not mean the result is realism. It all depends who uses math to what ends.

I mean Common Core in USA is teaching kids now how to count with their fingers and that is about it. 1=1!, 2=2!, 3=3! is going to be "science" in 30 years
