Could you PLEASE help us out by providing some 'clarity' to the following strange sequence of events?

Overview/Background

As a principal technical member of the SOCIETY for ADVANCED ENERGY CONCEPTS (SAEC) whoes prime
interest is investigating devices that show "Excess Energy" traits and, once verified, then attempting to
develop the theoretical basis underlying this anomoly. These theories are then tested, and where possible,
validated prior to developer distribution and discussion.

Most serious researchers and developers in the field appreciate the fact that without a viable theory their
efforts will not likely progress much futher; but many do not have the background nor resources to tackle
this part of the challenge by themselves. It is hoped that our contribution in a way balances, to some extent,
the individual inventors efforts against the well funded corporate interests.

As you can appreciate, an abundance of caution must be exercised when diseminating information. This
requirement, in turn, involves a great deal of discovery, investigation and intelligence work.

The EVENTS in question (one of many, but we'll site this one)

We first became aware of 'the group in question' on or about February 25, 2017 via a personal
message (PM) we received [see below]. Initially it appeared to be nothing more than a rant; but
upon closer scrutiny, and after only a few quaries, an alarming pattern seemed to imerge. In this
instance, apparently the initial exchange began at the link below on or about February 17, 2017
when a relatively new poster [Bewusstindiezukunft] began dumping a series of very interesting
and, what appeared to be, valuable informational posts. This series of posts originated
on February 17, 2017..

if some smart technical guy take all and translate to German and why not so English, Franch or any other language.
Only with cross talking we can extract quality truthful technical information from the sea of semi-truthful statements.

Same M.O. appears again and again throught the forums. The thread then goes down hill from here, all the good
information and discussion gets burried with unproven and misleading accusations and non-sense crap.... 

What a story!  What a waste!   You can't even make this stuff up!

Maybe you can explain it - because I sure can't figure out WHY this keeps happening over and over!
