I have re-read his posts from 2 years ago.  Looks like he was "that German guy who was able to read Russian"
as what he posted had allot of value here and was thrown out by Wesley..  So Wesley is not here to help us,  just to

In short he is what he accuse others for . For what ever reasons ore prupes that be. It is what it is .
I find this much more plausible than the storys wesley tells us spiced up with politics.

p.s. I'm german (also post 1960)  i find it more than disturbing  that this stuff still beeing on the table specialy in a forum about OU . Germany and so almost all Countrys in europe changed allot and so the poeple .. every 6year old  is abled to comprehend that. In short this is what bewusst in die Zukunft  pissed off .

   Guys:   Although it's good to find out what is really going on here, and with Wesley's thread. I think that at this point it's best not to waist more time dealing with Zenneck waves, and other unrelated posts dealing with ideas that will not benefit us. And for us to go back to where we left off with our own tests, and replications. Or we will fill this thread up with more of what looks like useless posts and accusations. As this thread was originally dedicated to builders, instead of unrelated discussions. Unlike the original Kapanadze thread, with many pages of discussions, but not a single working device.   Isn't it time we make our own replications? And think for yourselves...   We must ignore the BS, and start to work on the Akula/Ruslan/Stalker devices, to find what really ticks. 
   In any case, those are my thoughts at this time.   We had a great international team of builders and replicators here at one time. We can do it again. It's now up to you.   So, just ignore the BS, and lets just get it together, again.  YES!!!
