  I can partially light a 100w bulb, with just my kacher alone. But, gauging bulb brightness can only be helpful in determining power output from a video, IF a grid connected bulb is lit up right beside it. Even then it can be deceiving, at best.

on the load it was 190V DC for those two light bulbs and PSU was 2.5A at 24v DC,
I haven't tried several light bulbs to see what happens!  I had some health problems for the next two years and I didn't work anymore.

if, when the kacher is off you. use a duty cycle over 25 or 28 or 30 when the frequency turns on the kacher and it jumps up the duty cycle will be above 50% and it will fill with noise.
I consider that 22.5 is well over there, it is damaged (it is noise).
A surprise to evaluate. this is a trick i found.
I have a collection of boards and I have noticed that some are more sensitive than others.
try this you loses nothing.
In TL494 pin 4 connect a small disk type capacitor, something like 1000p 50V or any other does not matter.
connect one end to pin 4 (DT) on the other end a piece of wire about one foot or half a foot. this is like an antenna,
Leave this end of the cable not connected, leave it there, wrap it or something like that. When you turn on the kacher, this makes the system synchronize, go into resonance and the noise disappears.

This is the most important information for don't have noise in system. Thank you!
Until now, I start Katcher and duty-cycle jump from 20% to 39-40% and frequency jump from 8.44Khz to 16.9Khz, exactly what Soliman said.
If you want a video, tell me because I want to disassemble the Push-pull to reach pin 4 of the TL494.
