   Well, the battery can be used as virtual ground, similar but not as effective as an actual earth ground line.
   But, in Roma's case he is using both terminals of the battery, so it's a closed loop. However, there must be energy coming into that closed system, as well. Or it would not work, as shown. That is the amazing part, if true. But, there are no working replications of his that device, that I know of, so far. So, take it for what it's worth.   
   Ray: I'm not here to do your homework, so please stop telling me what I should do. Most of the time, I've already done the things that you're constantly suggesting that I should do, just because YOU haven't. And if I tell you, you just forget about it, and do nothing about it. Well never mind that, after all you said on another tread your self all you have is a DC to DC converter, you said it.
But if you look on Nelsons thread I ask him to define a nano pulse, read what he says, you will then know why it is only a DC to DC.

And the confusion about what a nano pulse actuly is and what it does. But you got to put it to geather your self.

No, Tesla used electric generators that had no frequency greater than 300 hertz. Everything else was calculated with a pencil.

Adrian Dinester did not have an oscilloscope but only a multimeter. The other parameters were calculated.

He made a replica of Poma's system but his coil (tesla coil) was very small and he managed to light a 60w light bulb. Urfa also managed to replicate Ruslan's system but without making self-sustainment.
