LOL - this latest one would make a good long distance RF jammer I reckon. 

If it don't hum loudly its not a genuine Kapanadze.

  Thanks for clarifying, the difference of the pictures to the video.
  The video sounds worse than my old CRT TV when I first start it.  I would not want that kind of RF, or HV interference in my home, like is being shown on the video. Plus the smell of Ozone, which I can smell from here. The camera sound almost goes out when he gets close to the device, like in Grums test. 
  Pictures: Seams to use a PC back-up battery/inverter, and transformer, plus a CRT Tv flyback.
  All of which I have, also.

  Good spark generator,  but that's about it, until more proof is given. Is the video  suppose to be Roman's (Akula's) video???  OR, what, or whos? 
  Can someone find out if that video is Akula 0083, or not.

It seems to be definitely akula video, as its filmed in same room. Watch the walls, the table and other stuff in room. What makes me really wonder, is , over on energetic Forum a completly different schematic is promoted by 00, this one: http://i38.servimg.com/u/f38/15/04/69/67/65nw10.jpg
So this i find a little strange. Whats the real schematic, any of those 2? Is the device working at all? Why after his first obviously working device akula changes to one that has this monster spark, which radiates lots of HF and probably also at some point will stop working through erosion of the spark gap and the relay (if the one over here is the correct schematic)?

The answer IMO is to wage disinformation. As 00 said before he departed, nobody with the real McCoy is likely to give the plans away on a public forum and that obviously includes him, assuming he has the real McCoy and that I very much doubt.

   Akula has not personally made any working diagram up to now. IF this last diagram is for real, we need to know for sure. Before wasting more time in trying to replicate another bogus spark generator circuit that does nothing, but make noise, ozone, and interference.
  However, I don't discard the fact that the VIDEO could be made by Akula, if the work bench etz,  are the same as he showed in his previous videos. If so, then we need to pay attention to this one as well.

  Hoppy:  If it don't hum, it ain't for real.  The humming is proof of a high amp output.
Right? As high voltage does not make that transformer hum, nor create heat. At least not as much.
