Amplifying the Frequency within. something Similar to the works of STAAAR device.

Maybe it is similar but frequency cannot be amplified in principle.  It can only be increased.

    Ok, well, I'm going to take your advice, as I also got tired of sitting on my hands.
    So, I just pulled out another yoke from a similar CRT 15" monitor, as the one that I still have wired and intact, from my version of the Akula build. As well as TIP 122 transistor, to go along with a remaining new TIP 3055 which I had previously bought for this purpose.
I'd really like to replicate the original Geo circuit, and see how it goes.  So, wish me luck...

I think this what happened in my test
When only power supply 220 v ac  Neutral is connected   and   positive or negative connected to SSG circuit  with leakage / stray  Neutral passing to the pwer dc supply
going to the ignition coil      one wire to led lamps leg   and the other   water tap   connection all the leds got brighter

   So long as you use a power supply that's plugged in to the grid, and are also using the Ac grid neutral or ground, your going to have stray AC capacitance influencing your results. Use a 12v battery, with or without an inverter (if 120v is needed),  use an isolated outside Earth ground (not the water tap), turn off the AC breakers, and you'll see some true results.

Ive turned off the ac breakers and the system shut off  as I said before....  In the process of using the wall outlet I was shocked by the HV and it went back to the  power supply and BOOM   all my coils meters and circuit were damaged  ...... 
Anyway thanks to Gyula and Peter   for their support....   will try to rebuild the system when my budget permit...... on a 12 v or even 1.5 v dc using jonnydavros ckt
