   I agree with that idea, but, there are times when what may seam negative at the time, to some, may actually be going towards a positive end. 
   Without the negative side of things, we may not know what the positive side may be all about.
    So, let's give lots of attention to development of our devices, and the future will be "brighter". Seams like there is a small light at the end of the tunnel, already.

current is produced by moving a solenoid of soft iron between permanent magnet poles.  where magnetic field is perpendicular to the moving iron solenoid.

where magnetic field acts as stationary field and the moving solenoid acts as oscillator(SHM= simple harmonic motion) which produces current due to induction law.

the same applies to overunity devices. we have oscillator  with primary oscillating  a secondary Lc earthed loop. whcih acts as solenoid and is oscillating in a stationary electric field produced by either cw+ccw or caduceus coil. the interaction of electric and oscillating magnetic field generates another quasi electromagnetic field which is tapped by third simple coil. whose one end is eathed and  rectified output is taken. extra energy comes from the ions that travel from earth ground to the output  through the Lc earthed coil and are constantly returned to earth in the output side. the energy never stops  as ions come from ground and pumped up and returned to the ground after being used.

carefully see circuit of dally and you will find the method described above.
