Guys, is there any possibility that pulses from Tesla coil to be of one side? Perhaps with a diode or bridge?

A negative voltage pulse on the peak of 220V will force the coil to react with a positive current pulse!

I have some 3055. Can they do the job for katcher?

Hi jeg,

It's morning over here.
There is 2 observation i have made
1)Good news the tesla coil i noticed from Ruslan latest video is around 18...20Awg

2)There is indeed current going down to the earth likely it is returning back with higher current pulse to sustain the device.Please ignore diode which he drew as if it is connected to earth at all.

Lastly the spark emitted by tesla coil seems little red but does not cause burn to the finger.
