No I don't speak about zpe. I speak about what you suspected. When there is no voltage induced in the coils, then those coils act as a piece of wire i.e like a capacitor plate. When voltage is crossing zero radiant passes on the metal, and by inducing voltage you trap it in the line. I follow closely this theory but my coils are not as ruslan's and I messed up with my polarities ..I hope.

Excellent results !! I have glad you made it. You have almost catched OU-Radiant effect !! About 95% your Radiant charge pump from ground work for sure !! There are two things you should try.
You should Ground 6th layer on grenade not 1st. On Ruslan block diagram is mistake. Also small light bulb 20watts should shine very bright on frequency coincidence without grounding. Swap grounding points. Use two accumulators 12V/7Ah for power generator - not power grid. Make experiments with different grounding wire lenght ( make hunk of grounding cable - twist one turn by one turn) try get better output power. Use up to 500 Watts light bulbs. Also make groudning from Litz wire making it from many insulated small diameter conductors. Akula is using Litz for one of his generator grounding.

Ruslan's  thought - you have problem with output power. (maybe winding directions of grenade and ground point swapped). Look this picture. There are several interesting ideas of Ruslan with my comments for you. Ruslan will present his working schematic but not soon because he is experimenting a lot od different configuartions trying extract more than 5KW power from Grenade coil. I am working on new type of PLL circuit with extremelly small phase error. If you want try i suggest try this Akula PLL for his 1.5KWt generator. It is a part of his receiver TT. I have only changed working PLL coefficients. You can make free experimenting with different RC time constants in phase-shift stages.

I think the very problem here is the way you wound your Coils. I think all electronic circuitry will do as long as we first Step up the voltage then we Step it down again in a useable Voltage.

I and my partner cousin have light any single bulb(10w, 20w, 50w all 220v) to the maximum brightness with out a sweat using the Tesla 1 Wire Transmission (Tesla Electrical Transformer Patent). The operation of this device is explain by the only Master Nikola Tesla in very detailed words.  I can tell you if you think of this device as Magnetic Induction or Any convention crap feed to us by the old Science then you will be stuck to only winding and re winding those coils. The Electromagnetic that you should look for is of the LIGHT, RADIATION, MAGNETIC SPECTRUM. I think all of the people here knows why do Tesla always use the constant Wave Velocity 185,000miles/second(Speed of Light) convert that to Meters and you will know that you need to achieve the frequency of the Light. 

The capacitor(9uf 600v) or any condenser which is connected to the Second Step Down Secondary can be charge easily with no hassle. The bulb is connected to a upper free end coil- the lower of this coil is supply to the bulb, then the other connection of the bulb is directly connected to the ground. The same goes for the capacitor free end coil( antenna) connected to the first terminal of capacitor, then the other terminal is connected to the ground. Both have been tested separated Ground for bulb and capacitor, also tested with Common Ground both works.

Always remember the SPIRAL PANCAKE winding of NIKOLA TESLA is make Capacitor using any available coil, but for those can afford Many Capacitors those Spiral Pancake Winding can be substituted with CAPACITOR. Just look on Dr. Nikola Tesla's patent every answer is already been given to you.

Read, Think and Analyze why do Tesla showed a considerable Condenser on his Radiant Energy Patents? Compare it to those Wireless Transmitter and Receiver Spirally Pancake Wound-what do you think it is wound spirally pancake for Capacity right? I think all of you knows best the Winding Direction of this Tesla Radiant Generator if you only look at Tesla's Patent.

To achieve impulse on the Tesla 1 Wire Transmission instead of direct connection of wire make it SPARK GAP like Tesla did with the rarefied gas.
