Hi Menof. I haven't given up on the Akula and Ruslan devices as of yet.
Lots more experimenting for me to do on this. It is suspicious however that after
all these many months Ruslan still has not given clear instructions on what he
does to tune his devices to supposedly make them self running. I am pretty sure
Ruslan could have explained how he does this reasonably clearly if he really wanted to.
Until Ruslan clears this part up, I suspect people may start losing interest in his devices. 
The odd part about this whole Ruslan thing is he keeps saying he is going to reveal everything,
but then leaves the most important part about how he is tuning the circuit very vague.
I like to give people the benefit of the doubt if they at least seem sincere, but Ruslan does
seem to be playing games lately, so I think the sincere part is becoming questionable now.

Well said Void. I've gone as far as I can with the build and do not intend to spend any more time farting around with it until I see something from Ruslan on his tuning procedure. I'm back to more productive work for the time being.

Hi Ed. I would guess it is probably not the same model of power supply, as Ruslan's
24V power supply is probably rated for at least 10A.

Hi Hoppy. That is understandable. At least you have your circuit all assembled and ready for testing
if Ruslan does come forward with specific info on how to tune these circuits to make them work.

Guys, is that Power Supply as much important at the moment?  I would be happy if my first build will work from battery , taking 20W and giving me 2KW

Skywalker:  In the matter of that length of katcher  you posted above, I believe you need to tune it to your "Grounded" grenade. And the length of the  grounding cable is like an extension of the grenade which means you must adjust number of turns on your katcher - in other words- I believe it is very individual.
