Please Look at this photo what  I attack. This is first video of the Ruslan. Look at output of the Ruslan's device please. What do you see? I see 3 capacitor and a diode bridge and power switch for load bulbs. Do you see anything else?

there's only 2 caps on the right side; the perspective didn't line up in the videos very well... there was no overall of that particular device, so it's a collage of frames

  Besides the blurry components, I see at least 7 turns, not 3-4 on Ruslan's yoke (red) output coil.
  It's hard to see clearly much of anything else. How about just telling us... As we are already guessing enough.

  With out the earth ground the first Akula device was overheating and unstable. Yes, it can work without the ground, but not for long.

Thanks very much for answering my question and explaining the principle of operation for the Kapanadze device.

Like previous posted comments, I cannot see anything clearly in the clips you supplied.

according to your scheme, if the frequency of the push-pull is 34,15KHz and the capacitor is 1,2mF, the inductor should be 18,1microH? Is not there something incorrect?

I see...
I asked if you have inductor in place over grenade, because with it things get crazy. With it placed over grenade it mess grenade resonance frequency found previously and after connect ground to one end of inductor as in schematic, it somehow manege to shielding electric field and influence from kacher's antenna to pass to grenade. So, I'm stack here, I was hoping you managed to pass this issue. Maybe you will.
Can you tell what grenade length and kacher length of wire use in your setup ?
I suspect there may be a relation between the two lengths, than a frequency one, something like kacher length = grenade length /2 or like, I'm not sure. Do you notice some lock in kacher frequency when light bulb  is aglow ?
