More, if you look at his last video you will see on his DVM across capacitors, voltage steadily drop from
982V (5:33) at start device to 922V (23:05) just before he stop device, and that look suspicious like a rate
of battery discharge. I don't want to be a jinx, is just a careful watch at details...
Anyway, we don't see after all in this video what's in that 2 large boxes, are we?

Good eyeballing! Yes, it looks very much like a rate of battery discharge and notice how at 9:42 minutes the battery has dropped to 938V and then suddenly rises to 983V and again starts dropping. At 14:58 minutes, we see the DVM switched-off, even though he is continuing to film the device.

Ok, This will help alot, listen up

Wanted to point out on this for ones that have no idea how  the Charging of the cap occurs.
I posted a vid below to show, This will help and I have personally tested it,  Will be experimenting on this  new concept of Ruslan's Device
as I Almost have all the parts to do so.
This charging of capacitor effect reminds me of the RMG , I read 500V on my bifilar outputs and everytime I connect bulbs it decreases to
400V ~ ... something and more is connect it decreases but it had the potential to light up 1.5Kw of good light, but not equiv. to grid brightness
sins system was not proper tuned to frequency. it was only set to 25kHz on Mazilli.



Pls ,Be careful when trying it out!!!! the charge is lethal when above a certain 180VDC+ already. depending your
microfarrads

As we can see, what Ruslan does within his device is simply pulses the radiant rectified ions (radiant energy ) with the help of a mosfet and driver to pulse to charge the WIMA 2000/700~ caps. If follow Meno's Schematic.
But this can be done on Motor Run cap to, of which I tried to charge. Will upload some Willing to go
all within this one for replication,

PS. Hydrogen Generators at home are working for 8 months now strait total of 7.5Kw, happy with it,
but this, this is beautiful to replicate.

Hi GeoFusion. John.K1 posted that same video link about a day or so ago.
I personally don't think this is the same concept, as what is shown in the video
is just sparking a large lead acid battery through a coil and directing the HV
back pulses to a capacitor. The relatively small amount of energy that gets stored to the capacitor
compared to the large amount of energy being used up by the battery when you short it
through the coil is a big difference. Far from over unity. Using a pulsing transistor is much more efficient,
but it is really the Bedini battery pulser arrangement. Charging batteries with high voltage
back pulses may be more efficient than traditional battery chargers, but I don't know that anyone
has convincingly demonstrated over unity with this approach. What Ruslan demonstrated in
his recent video appears to be much closer to what Don Smith has talked about, IMO anyway.

P.S. Re your comments on Cern. I don't want to take things off topic. Just posted it for interests sake.
My only comment is I think it is better not to assume anything, in regards to anything

   It may work very similar to the RMG, but with the Kacher attached onto it, as well as a working feed back loop.
  The feed back loop made alot of difference in bulb brightness, one of my version of the RMG. And I'm still working with it, but with the grenade attached, and Kacher, also.
  Finding the best transistors or fets to chose, the RIGHT capacitors, and a good ground connection, are all needed.
Also, it's possible that adding ferrite pieces into the grenade tube will further increase the air coils output.  I will soon test this out.
