For what I can say is for this guy Chubinidze able to use his device using ground  with HV cap, and able to feed back, Like Kapanadze.

WOW! Geo you are a real gem man, i wonder how you locate this kind of videos! This Chubinidze guy worth for replication! Do you or anybody else know what kind of transformer is that in his video? It is the output transformer which steps down the voltage for feeding back to the start...

Hmmm ok, but how and where precisely do I see this happening as I see in the vid, is there somewhere someone
that really caught this man faking it? the On and Off sequence of what I observed is normal to my eye for what I see now , 
But, it makes sense why he connects the ground line to the cap though , charges it up.
Because I've seen this vid for a 2 year period but, was not interested yet into it sins HHO got my attention in those days and
what is driving my house electricity and car.
But now it kinda does , I've start doing this spark gap with flyback experiment because I'm starting to understand why Akula/Ruslan
is using it and how it should behave. But lets see, Almost done with the TL Circuit.

well some videos are stumbled across while surfing the youtube vids and chatting with some russian buddies on Realstrannik.
yes, the Chubinidze is something, but want to know more also, if someone did try, but It's worth a try to see if it works ,
but you'll need good HV caps, 100nf 10kv for the sparkgap for sure. and 1mf~ 700~1KV cap connected to ground.
it's a wierd combination of coiling and with this resonator coil inside.
No idea on the specs on the Transformer. But seems to me like a ordinary Stepdown transformer rectify + cap .
I will also continue on the Ruslan device too .

Guyz I want honest answers if someone did try this one.

Look carefully at the sequence through the whole video between the battery, croc-clip and switch connections / disconnections. The supply is coming in on the croc-clip. Keep going over it and you will eventually see it. As I said before, it took me some time.

It's wierd  , can't seem to find what you want to point out man, replayed to vid more then 8 times.
and even to saw a other unused wire on the side of the battery and maybe near the meter too.
Hmmm Which Supply are we talking about coming in the croc clip?, ground should be where the croc clip is right? the  battery is the only supply here?.
