in there we see Yoke turnes connected to Kacher input rectified.
must be the 28 turns or more or less.

Hmmm but in lastest diagram of Ruslan it's like how a tesla coil needs to be connected to ground.
tesla coil Keeps the ground alive and calling out more particles form ground.
the source of external energy maybe so.

    The voltage is higher at the grenade's 168 turns coil output, but, the amperage is lower, compared to the 28 turns coil output.
  Although both of these (yoke 28 turns to grenade's 168 turn coils are connected together, and also by a short jumper wire to the 3 turns coil at the tuning cap, in my set up, as was also shown by Ruslan.

  We need lots of amps ( 10+  amps?) from a feed back loop, to satisfy the push-pull's input appetite.
  The Kacher circuit can be powered by the yoke's 3 turns coil, as it has lower voltage, but, supposed to have high amp output.  Yet, I do not find that the 3 turns coil has a high amp output, on my set up, as it will barely light a small 110v bulb, by itself.
  I can't measure the actual amps, or voltages, at the grenades's output, only on the yoke's circuit input side. But it looks like, that my current feed-back loop is not enough to power the push-pull oscillator (yet), once disconnected from the battery source.
  I'm using three long outside earth grounds now, as well. 

  Let me know more about the "controlled Tesla coil".  As my Kacher's circuit secondary coil output is not strong enough, compared to how Ruslan's HV spark looks, when it's jumping onto his finger.
