    Ruslan has gone out of his way to show you what he's got, up to now.  He is still working on all this, and it's not a done deal,  yet.
    But, who will actually replicate his latest video circuit to the T?  No one???  Even with a full schematic, videos, and instructions (in Russian).
Even, if we had all such information.
   
    Looks like the nay-sayers have more to discuss.  But, will they replicate a device that they don't believe in?  NO!
    But, I believe in IT, even the Ruslan version..   until I won't need to "believe",  I'll just know how it works.

That's actually more profound then intended......
Remember People as a species resist change and generally live in the past (present actions reinforced/influenced by past events).
Positive thoughts do produce a positive outcome, and conversely, thinking negative yields negative results.
Of course not believing in something will not make it cease to exist, but searching for something with eyes closed will not result in finding it any faster.
I agree with you, and an open mind is a most necessary prerequisite when approaching any problem from outside the *box*.

Without the understanding of the subtle nuances of Transmission line theory, VSWR's, termination techniques, impedance matching, etc. I would venture to say that you are on the money with that statement.  From my point of view, the electronics are a means to an end. Necessary to accomplish the timing events/synchronization of signals.....  I see the *magic* happening in the coils/capacitor construction techniques.   Still much to be learned.

1st most likely fraud is:
The reason for the 3rd box he needed more room for his drone batteries.  If i say i grew a tree that grows money but only show people the money, then say well the tree is in a box in the back. I cant open it on camera due to patent infringement. Then this is not very good proof. I can spend all day explaining the special water i use to grow the tree, but until i open the box and people watch the money grow yourself people will never believe.

2nd possibility is i agree with you hoppy saying the ground could be a multi-wire and a battery hid in the brush near the ground end. why put it in the weeds  like that? ( one reason to hide)

If he attempts to sell anything without opening the boxes then giant red flag will go up.

I sure hope nick gets his scope soon so his eyes will be opened.

The human self defense mechanism for survival is that "If the food escapes, it probably never tasted good".

This is why most peoples minds change when they experience it first hand. In a way is not their fault since that's a self defense mechanism, but in another way you kind of see them being closed minded and not civilized enough to the point to understand the next level in life. Heck, even if I believe this device lights up those bulbs, I still have to think about paying for life insurance, car insurance, if this device can power an A/C system or a microwave...which are the most power hungry in a house. But STILL this is not free gasoline. In the end I believe in it and could replicate it with schooling but this does not MEAN CORRUPTION will change! SO what! There is FREEE energy to have, So what! You can't never have it. Only the rich people can. The only way to experience that is to be rich = non-rich are blind...meh!

When you have it on the table see how it manifests. Then combine Tesla single wire transmission + non inductive coils + standing waves effects with it.
Then you will gain understanding how grenade coil works with explosive EMF pulses and how energy is gained.

All this require huge commitment to learn and lots of time investment. The naysayers will stop dead right on the beginning and there is nothing can be done with it...

I have checked out the coding on the cable that Ruslan shows a close-up (at 10.45 in this video) of and it is a multi-stranded welding type: HO1N2-D 100V rated. The first part of the code - 1162R1 is a batch code. Although the cable shown is not that actually terminated into the working device, its fair to say that the two cable lengths are probably of the the same type but they may not be and just have a similar external size and appearance. Ruslan can quite easily settle this by re-filming in the forest and disconnecting the cable to show a close-up of the coding on the sheath and of the stripped cable ends.
