Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Showing the system running full 4000w worth of bulbs, while at the same time showing open boxes, is not an unreasonable request.
Nor showing the running system, and then disconnecting the Kacher's fuse, as he has done previously. Is also not an unreasonable request.
But, since that is probably not Ruslan's main concern, he may not do so, if you or anyone interested doesn't request it.  In a positive light.

That's why I suggested to T-1000 to get a hold of Ruslan, and for him represent us here on this Dally/Ruslan/Akula/Kapanadze thread on OU.com,
for any questions or requests. If possible... Maybe Ruslan has Skype, and can talk directly with T-1000.
Wishful thinking on my part, I guess???

Ruslan is savvy enough to know that this should be done without the need for someone requesting him to do the the obviously needed steps in his demonstration. The only reason for him not to oblige is that he wishes to hide something important.

  Starcruiser:
Nice start on your set up.  I wish you the best...

Waiting on inductor material and will retest when I have that."

Ok, nice.  We'll be waiting for further results.
One thing that I wanted to mention, is that your Kacher secondary coil is much longer that what is recommended.
Andray Induction also started out with a long Kacher secondary, but had to remove almost half of it to reach the right frequency.
Maybe check out Andrays videos on YT, as he is now just going through what you're going through.
I believe that the use of the right recommended mosfets, tuning caps, filter cap, diodes, rectifier diodes, etz. is what will make a difference.
But, finding available off the shelf components drivers for both the push-pull, as well as for the Kacher circuit, would be great, as well.

Ruslan may be savvy enough to know, but not savvy enough to care.  Your suggestions for him, may change that.

If that's the case, then he doesn't deserve to be believed.  :(

   So be it, then.
I believe him. Not because I know him or can trust him, but because I know that this type of device works. Even if I can't make it do so, myself, yet.
Nobody is forcing you to accept, or do anything that you don't want to do, or believe.  It's a free world...
Don't believe it works, then,  if that serves you.
You're not really doing anything about it, anyway, one way or the other.  Time will tell, in any case.
