This guy has been to see Ruslan, and gained some usefull knowledge, look at the coil i can not see his tesla coil he must have it under the other coils.

  That replication is showing something like the original Ruslan/Dally replication, using a coaxial cable shorted at the end as the HV radiator/capacitor/coil.  Another way to skin the cat.

Nick, dont forget that Tesla didnt have push-pull. The heart of the device is Tesla and picking coils forming asymetrical capacitor. Push pull is just a post processing of the gathered energy.

  I disagree, as the heart of the Ruslan/Akula device is not the HV part. That part by itself will not even FULLY light a 100w bulb. 
Without the magnetic current interaction, from the yoke coils and the push-pull circuit, you'll really only be able to light low wattage bulbs from a Kacher circuit, that's been rectified, and looped.  Try it. And let us know if it's self running, or not.
