The first thing to do there is to have minimum load attached and power supply connected to the output after grenade coil and diodes bridge. It has to have looped power going to the input then you can see how much is still required for circuit to run without bulbs attached.
Then you can start tuning with ground thick wire attached to the circuit. I assume your grenade coil, inductor and Tesla coil wire lengths and windings are as Ruslan described. If so then you also need to check coils polarities on connections. And all wavelengths from induction heater circuit and Tesla coil circuit should match on resonance with coils wires lengths.
One thing to note - on Skype or teamspeak it would be much more clear with understanding and diagnostics..

Be aware of changes to pulse width whilst tuning and make sure that measuring equipment is capable of giving accurate readings at various pulse widths and frequencies. Its easy to be fooled into seeing a drop of input current with a corresponding apparent increase in output and assuming that its accurate at all tuning settings. Also, never use a linear or digital bench supply in place of a battery. This is sure way to get fooled when working on Ruslan / Akula type device replications.

  Again, if you change the specs, you have to start from scratch, again. It could take forever, and that has not been done by many on their own.

   The ground line is connected to the 168 turn grenade coil, but it's purpose may not to be just to add or alter the grenade's running frequency, but to aid the output, by a sort of ground plane antenna/coil/, effect. As coiling the ground line is also causing that coil to further adjust the tuning of the frequency, and any other parameters, and to adjust for higher a gain. Like moving the antenna on a tv can allow you to get a clearer picture, by allowing for a stronger signal gain, but, using the same input power source levels.  From what I've seen, this effect will only be noticed, at the right resonant frequencies. Other wise, there is little or no effect, from these ground lines, providing for any extra energy, or self running. 
  My Kacher is earth grounded at the transistor's emitter, not at the start of kacher secondary coil, as Ruslan has it now.

I am afraid I am not only one who wants to or does change specs. In the last Ruslan's correspondence on the Russian forum he was talking about his coil tuned to 1.5MHz . It is not the same frequency he started at the binging if I good remember. 
Technically if my frequency will match the ground - I guess it is matching the impedance- it means no parasitic frequencies, overheating fets etc....??

By explanation of some people, ground doesn't supply anything. It just works as a support.  Mismatch of impedances makes an energy leakage as the support is weak. I really think we need to match the impedances.


I have made already countless number of  devices and coils , so to make one more with different specs will not kill me -It is just a hobby

Edit1:  One more thing I want to try- the pick up coil on the top of the Grenade coil ,I will make it from large diameter of wire. Experience shows that bigger wire , more amps in the loop?

   Yes, you're not the only one that wants to do some changing of the specs, everyone does it.
There is not a single exact replication of Akula's circuitry, in the whole world. No, not even Ruslan, who uses different components.
  But, Oleg seams to be cranking out new boards each month. Each one working better that the previous one, and now with the last device showing a 4000w output. That's more than twice the power output, than what Akula obtained up to now. 
  It's Oleg we should be talking to...
  Maybe T-1000 can send Oleg this link, and ask him to come and join us here. or even  Ruslan, himself.

Interesting stuff going on, My  guess is if your going to retune to 1m5 then to keep the Secondary coil winding in proportion to keep in tune, you might need to keep that to 2 meters 150 meg (= x100) or 300 mhz if only 1 meter is used =(x200) that's a similar ratio of 15khz to the 1.5 mhz.  of the katcher to grenade-coil. Assuming you are keeping it all tuned into proportion. i can get 1m5 out of a 4046 to see if it will tune, but 3 or 4 mm copper wire is difficult t o get with out ordering it from some where of ebay for the sec winding.
