If this video is not another fake it looks like another replica of same stuff what was before.. :)

I will do some translation:
The blue wire coil is made with as one layer with 80 turns.
The metal case capacitor is 750V 0,5 μF.
He did not say about choke details inside air core transformer.
The output coil is separately winded in same direction with 80 turns and comes to step down transformer and no other details given.
The grounding comes to left side of capacitor and is connected to blue wire coil.
The HV discharge is given to primary coil.
The load is 1kW bulb with getting 200-300W input from output coil in air core transformer. Same output is used to loop back into flyback transformer driver over step down transforner.

Now, in regards of connections:
If you look closely the choke, the capacitor and black wire coil forms resonance in series(just my oppinion here).
The output is connected to right side of blue wire coil and the yellow wire coil while capacitor is one side to choke and the left side to blue wire coil. The left yellow wire coil coil connection is connected directly to choke.

This video smells heavily on principles I already posted previously, Romanov circuit included.

P.S> The yellowish white wire coming vertically down from high voltage capacitor looks as sign of fake device being presented. When he disconnects ground wire this one does not move so it is not same wire. Just the side note for sceptics :) EDIT - 02:28 it is connected to flyback transformer...   Void:
   The egg shaped objects are magnetite magnets. They alter the frequency, and field of the yoke, ferrite rod core, etz...
    I use an outside earth ground, although sometimes it is not needed. Just depends.
    I can't read the output of the PCB Cfl driver, as it nails my analog meter to the wall. But, I'd say (or guess) at something like 1500 to 2000 volts, and unknown amps, as HV has already burned out that part of all my meters.  Sorry I can't be more informative.

  @ T-1000:
      Thanks so much for the translation, as well as the possible diagram. I love the simplicity of this new circuit, it's also showing what I suspected, a simple oscillator circuit. And I hope that the diagram is also indicative of this device. 
  There are still many questions to be answered, the main one is about the inner coil. But, assuming it is only a simple one layer air core, with an aluminum tube over it, is should not be difficult to replicate, either, I hope.

Hi T-1000. If you are able to (not sure if you can read Russian or not), can you translate the note on this schematic which is pointing to the dotted line (the core) of the main output transformer (the transformer with 4 coils L1 - L4)?

I'd like to notice that on this schematic diagram there is a diode connected in series with the secondary winding of transformer T2.
This makes T2 a real "flyback-transformer" because this diode ensures that electric energy is not transferred from the primary to the secondary winding AT THE SAME TIME (as it would be in a regular transformer). 
Also because of this lack of simultaneity, the secondary's voltage is not related to the primary/secondary turns ratio, as it would normally be with a regular transformer.

It also makes the Royer oscillator (composed out of Q1 and Q2) a senseless method of supplying the primary winding of T2, because such a circuit applies AC to the primary and the negative half of that AC waveform can never be utilized, due to that diode in series with the secondary winding.

A PDC oscillator with one transistor switching the primary of T2, would be the method of supplying the primary, that would make more sense.

Such details suggest, that whoever designed this circuit, did not know what he was doing.
This is also the reason why such schematic diagrams do not take me by awe.
